Health Concepts is a quality in home health care service providing care for the elderly, Alzheimer’s patients, or companionship for anyone convalescing. Our caregivers are bonded, insured, carefully screened and work under professional supervision by a Registered Nurse. Our caregivers will assist in all duties required to maintain the patient in his or her home, such as assisting with personal needs, meal planning and supervision, shopping, housekeeping, and of course, companionship. All of our caregivers are payrolled so that Worker’s Compensation, State Disability, Unemployment Insurance and Social Security, are covered
